Items are eligible for a refund if returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be in new condition—unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned items have been received and inspected.
As the sole proprietor of Christwear, I am committed to ensuring maximal customer satisfaction and maintaining my brand image by ensuring quality products are being delivered on time and accurately. If there is anything inconsistent with your order, you will be given your moneyback right away.
You may contact me at any time via my email for more information if needed. My support team at the warehouse will inspect the condition of returned clothes and decide whether or not they are eligible for refunds.
Order Inconsistencies
If your order arrives with any inconsistencies — such as an incorrect colour, size, or item — you are eligible to a full instant refund. Furthermore, you may keep the incorrect item at no additional charge.
Order Confirmation and Support
Upon the arrival of your package, a confirmation email will be sent stating your parcel has arrived. Additionally, should you have any questions or require assistance post-delivery, our dedicated customer support team will be available to help.
You will be given a link to my Customer Support team in your order confirmation email once your package has arrived.
